These terms govern your use of HardSewa software and services. Please read them carefully.
By registering for or using HardSewa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use HardSewa.
HardSewa provides cloud-based ERP software for hardware shops, cement distributors, paint stores, and related businesses in Nepal. Features include billing, inventory management, staff payroll, customer management, and AI assistance. HardSewa reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hardsewaofficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or register multiple accounts for the same business without explicit permission.
HardSewa offers paid plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and optional branch add-ons. A 7-day free trial is available on all plans with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged monthly or yearly as selected. All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Failure to pay will result in account suspension after a grace period.
You own all business data you enter into HardSewa. We do not claim ownership of your invoices, customers, products, or any other business records. You grant HardSewa a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service. Upon account cancellation, you can export your data. We retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion.
You agree not to: (a) use HardSewa for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (d) use the service to store or transmit malicious code; (e) interfere with the service's operation or other users' use; (f) resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
HardSewa targets 99% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via WhatsApp/Viber (+977-9764760396) and email (hardsewaofficial@gmail.com) during business hours (Sunday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM). We do not guarantee response times, but aim to reply within 4 business hours.
HardSewa, its logo, software, design, and content are owned by HardSewa and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of HardSewa without written permission.
HardSewa is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for data loss due to factors outside our control (natural disasters, internet outages, force majeure events).
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately, but your data remains available for export for 90 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of HardSewa after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
