HardSewa ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal and business data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you register, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and billing address.
All data you enter into HardSewa — products, customers, invoices, staff, expenses, and other business records — is your data. We store it to provide the service.
We collect information about how you use HardSewa, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product.
Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers are collected for security and performance purposes.
Your business data is used exclusively to provide you with the HardSewa service — billing, inventory, reporting, and other features you use.
We may contact you about your account, service updates, security alerts, and (with your permission) product news. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Your data may be accessed by our support team when helping you resolve issues, only with your explicit permission.
Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand how to improve HardSewa. We never use your business-specific data for this.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
Each business's data is completely isolated from other businesses on HardSewa. No other business can see your data.
Your data is backed up daily. In case of technical failure, your data can be restored.
We use role-based access control. Only authorized HardSewa personnel can access production systems, and all access is logged.
HardSewa does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties.
We use trusted third-party services (cloud hosting, SMS providers, payment processors) strictly to deliver the HardSewa service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
We may disclose data if required by Nepal law, court order, or government authority. We will notify you where legally permitted.
You can access and export all your business data from HardSewa at any time.
You can correct inaccurate data directly in the application.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process this within 30 days.
You can export your data in standard formats (Excel, CSV, PDF) at any time.
We use cookies required for login sessions and security. These cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the service to function.
We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our website. You can opt out via browser settings.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
After account cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted.
